Radio Eye is hiring a new Executive Director.

The Executive Director is responsible for leading the organization including, but not limited to the following:​

Administration and Operations: oversee daily operations, broadcasting and activities to ensure delivery of programs and services.

 

Fiscal Management: ensure alignment of organizational goals with financial resources and operational budget.

 

Fundraising: organize and lead grant and sponsorship activities.

 

Staff Supervision and External Communications: manage activities of staff, volunteers and sponsors and be the “forward facing” external communications leader.

 

Qualifications: candidates with a bachelors degree and a minimum of five years experience is preferred. Other educational and/or working experience may be considered.

This an exempt position that requires occasional evening and weekend work. The executive directors reports to a board of directors.
